{"id":264,"date":"2005-08-16T12:53:50","date_gmt":"2005-08-16T19:53:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/keymasterproductions.com\/blog\/?p=264"},"modified":"2019-01-10T15:48:36","modified_gmt":"2019-01-10T15:48:36","slug":"i-am-still-being-stalked","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.keymasterproductions.com\/blog\/2005\/08\/16\/i-am-still-being-stalked\/","title":{"rendered":"I Am Still Being Stalked"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Update on a past post: The NY Times real estate section which has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sevensquared.com\/blog\/archives\/000101.html\">in the past stalked me<\/a> is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2005\/08\/14\/realestate\/14cov.html\">once again stalking me<\/a> by writing an article titled &#8220;Settling for the Upper East Side.&#8221; Since I wrote that previous post, Jessie and I wound up buying an apartment after all in the, what else, UES and yeah, I felt like we &#8220;settled&#8221; at first. However, in the end we both couldn&#8217;t be happier. Central Park &amp; the Met are only 2 blocks away, affordable restaurants abound, many of our friends are nearby and there is a store for everything we could ever want right at our fingertips, which is something we definitely lacked downtown at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.50murray.com\">50 Murray.<\/a> As cool as that building was, it was an island in a sea of nothing and we barely took advantage of half that the island offered. While I do miss being downtown, the great architecture and the grandeur of living closer to the pulse of the city, I am going to enjoy watching my dog Bingham pee on the Temple of Dendur&#8217;s window (if he can reach that high) as we play in the park.
